At Zafah.s, customer satisfaction is our priority. We offer exchanges for purchases made within Pakistan under the following conditions:

• Exchange requests must be made within 3 days of receiving the product.

• Items must be unused, with all tags intact and in their original packaging.

• Exchanges are applicable for damaged items or size issues.

• Sale or discounted items are non-exchangeable.

• We do not offer cash refunds. Instead, a coupon of equal value will be issued for future purchases.
