We understand that sometimes a product may not meet your expectations. Our exchange policy is as follows:

• Exchanges are accepted within 3 days of delivery for purchases made within Pakistan.

• Items must be unused, with all tags intact and in their original packaging.

• Exchanges are applicable for damaged items or size issues.

• Sale or discounted items are non-exchangeable.

• We do not offer cash refunds. Instead, a coupon of equal value will be issued for future purchases.
